馬林魚隊旅美好手陳偉殷今天跟中日龍隊前隊友吉見一起進行公開自主訓練，兩人談到過去往事都不禁笑了起來，殷仔也透露希望讓吉見多認識一些美式不同的訓練方法。
殷仔是在2012年起於美國職棒打拚，也接觸到不同於日式的強度與變化，他說：「我們以前在日本就常在一起，希望從聊天讓他知道一些美國訓練方法，他也想知道如何每場都能投超過100球，如何事先調整的方式。」
不過陳偉殷也強調，因為跑步完就馬上接著傳接球，的確會比較累，因為日本在自主訓練時，中間休息時間比較長，這也剛好讓他可以去適應這樣的強度。

小熊隊球迷為了要拿到睽違108年的世界大賽無極限，有一位小熊球迷男孩，他跟朋友打賭，若小熊隊拿到世界大賽冠軍，他就要拔掉牙齒。
結果他還真的為了小熊隊「無齒」，他的朋友幫他用美式足球在牙齒上套好線，然後隨著美式足球飛向天空，他的牙齒也被拔下，光是看到都覺得痛。
而小熊隊拿到世界大賽冠軍後，也決定要把Wrigley Field球場外的磚牆重新刷洗，因為他們自1908年後就沒再拿過世界大賽冠軍，球迷都會拿粉筆在牆外寫下祝福與許願的話，甚至有球迷把阿嬤的照片放上去，形成當地特殊景觀。
